Updated Waiver
Greetings all students attending COLLIDE. We need you to re-sign the waiver and mail/drop-off to Life Center.
If you are registered, you will receive a copy of the new waiver in the mail with a pre-paid return envelope. If you happen to need another copy, head over to the downloads page and print one.
